The new model of BMW has not been officially introduced yet, but it has recently undergone cold weather testing, which allowed us to check out some of its design and different small details.
The new X4M will be equipped with revised front/rear fascias, quad-exit tips, large wheels and drilled/vented rotors. The prototype of the vehicle comes with a small rear lip spoiler as well as a top mount rear hatch spoiler.
The chances are that the X4M will have 3.0 liters S58 twin-turbo, which is an improved version of the S55 engine provided for the M3 and M4 models. There are assumptions that the vehicle will be able to make more than 455 hp.
Since BMW is thinking of manufacturing the improved versions of SUVs, we hope that a more powerful X4M will be introduced to the public shortly as the answer to the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S producing 503 hp.
We are looking forward to seeing the debut of the BMW X4M in the nearest time before it hits the market later this year. It is possible that we will see the model at the Geneva Motor Show that is going be in March.
